We're seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator who is passionate about fostering long-lasting relationships and enhancing the overall client experience. This role involves not just maintaining client relationships but also shaping the broader client engagement strategy, including identifying new opportunities and refining our approach based on client feedback and market trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our services to their needs.
Analyze client interaction data to identify patterns, preferences, and opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Play a key role in shaping the company's client engagement strategy, proposing and implementing new initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client engagement.
Provide strategic post-sales support, ensuring clients receive the attention and service they need after the initial sale and fostering opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Clear Communication: Able to explain ideas effectively and build good relationships with clients.
Strong Organization: Skilled in handling many tasks at once and keeping detailed records of client interactions.
Strategic Planning: Good at creating plans based on what clients say and what the data shows, aiming to make clients happier and more engaged.
Data Analysis: Comfortable with looking at numbers and trends to understand client needs and using client management systems and data tools to make decisions.
Creative Thinking: Brings new and exciting ideas for making clients feel special and valued.
Initiative: Always looking for ways to improve what we offer and how we work with clients.
Flexibility: Can adapt to new situations and changes in client needs or company goals, and willing to learn and grow.
Knowledge of the Tech Industry: Understands the technology sector and its customers, with experience in IT recruitment being a bonus.
