Our process has various stages where first an exhaustive definition of the position profile is carried out and then a search is made using the most modern 2.0 recruitment sources available both in the local and international markets.
The process includes multiple stages. Every stage is cemented by specific recruitment tools. During the search interviews with potential applicants are carried out. Moreover, we make an interview with the clients. All these interviews improve our database of potential applicants. They also help us to understand clients' needs better.
After the process has finished, we make a report on it and a report on each finalist candidate. The client is the one who will decide which of the finalists will be selected.
