The Opportunity
Weâre looking for a Sales Representative to join our clientâs IT Managed Services team. In this role, youâll generate new business through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
Your mission? Build a strong sales pipeline, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects' needs and determine their fit for IT managed services.
- Presentation & Communication: Clearly explain service benefits and build rapport.
- Pipeline Management: Track interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Align with sales/marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proven cold calling/outbound sales experience (IT/tech sector preferred).
- Strong English communication Skills and CRM skills.
- Target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience selling IT managed services.
- Ability to foster long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of IT challenges and solutions.
