You’ll lead a high-performing team, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where your expertise will directly impact company success and employee satisfaction.

The HRBP will be responsible for: 

Supporting the Executive Team

• Act as a strategic partner, guiding HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives.

Talent Operations

• Oversee HR functions, including payroll management and benefits administration across various regions.

Talent Experience, Culture, and Communication: 

• Cultivate an inclusive and engaging work environment that reflects company values.
• Assess employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback to enhance the workplace experience.
• Organize company-wide events and activities to foster team cohesion and reinforce corporate culture.

Talent Growth

• Manage training programs, performance evaluations, career progression, and succession planning.
• Support leadership development initiatives across the company.
• Continuously optimize talent management strategies for long-term growth.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of HR experience.
• Advanced English level for communication with native people.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams of 3+ people.
• Hands-on experience setting and tracking HR KPIs aligned with business goals
• Experience/knowledge in payroll processes.
• Experience working in international companies, with remote and contractor teams.
