Who we're looking for:

A project manager well-versed in Jira (Work Management, Software Development, and Service Management). An individual passionate about learning and capable of providing outstanding customer service. You will work directly with a variety of customers and  engineers on short-term (a few days or weeks) and one long-term (12+ months) data center-to-public cloud infrastructure project.

As a key member of a small team, you'll be asked to play several roles centered around communication, logistics, and resource coordination. It's a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for growth and skill set development.

Fully remote - work from anywhere in LATAM!

Fluent English (B2-C1 minimum) is a hard requirement for client-facing communication

Ideally 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Primary PM on a long-term data center to public cloud migration project.

• Plan and coordinate resources, tasks, and timelines for several short-term customer projects running simultaneously.

• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint execution for software development projects.

• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure successful task completion and on-time delivery.

• Escalate key issues and work directly with the company and customer leadership on mitigation strategies.

• Identify and understand challenges and project blockers, assess project impact, and work with the team to develop resolutions.

• Set agendas and lead meetings.

• Work with the our  Data Protection as a Service Operations team on issue prioritization and customer communication.

• Act as a central point of communication for  leadership,  Engineering, Sales, and our customers.

• Data center to public cloud migration.

• Development of custom software to shift data between cloud regions based on business logic.

• Customer onboarding to our Protect Data Protection Service.

• Security and compliance initiatives.
