Our Proposal:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely processing of accounts receivable and project entries. 🧾📊

Responsibilities:

💼 Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections
🧾 Enter and monitor projects in QuickBooks, verifying key contract data
🔍 Review client agreements for accuracy in dates, amounts, and billing terms
📊 Ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent financial errors and improve client trust
📥 Assist in monthly closings and financial reporting
📚 Support reconciliation of accounts and audit preparation
🛠 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across financial processes

Highly Desirable | Nice-to-have skills:

✅ Prior experience in service-based businesses or project accounting
🌐 Familiarity with US accounting standards or remote accounting practices
💬 Intermediate English for team collaboration and documentation
📈 Experience with reporting tools or dashboards is a plus.
