👉🏽 Our Proposal

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior team member to help us operate and coordinate the delivery of audience and marketing data products. This role is perfect for someone starting out in their career who wants to grow at the intersection of marketing, data, and operations.

👉🏽 Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor audience delivery processes across platforms.

- Follow up on project timelines and coordinate with internal teams.

- Track invoices, deliverables, and basic administrative tasks.

- Help with platform QA and basic file/data reviews.

- Support documentation and organization of project files and workflows.

- Assist in preparing client-facing materials when needed.

👉🏽 Requirements

📝  Experience with Trello, Asana, Notion or Google Workspace

🎓  Experience in Project coordination, marketing campaign support, basic data checks, client communication, documentation

🔍 0 to 2 years in marketing, operations, project coordination, or data support roles

💼 Basic Excel / Google Sheets, familiarity with digital tools, (Bonus: ad serving platforms like meta, the trade desk, or similar).
