They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, or Ecuador. 🌎🌟

We’re seeking a highly technical expert with strong writing skills to join the team as a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME). You’ll bridge the gap between deep technical knowledge and marketing content, helping translate complex IT concepts into engaging materials for customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Writing & Content Creation: Develop guides, blogs, SEO content, and video scripts on IT topics (Windows Server, Group Policy, Azure/Entra ID, PowerShell, etc.).
• Competitive Analysis: Research competitors and provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• SME Support: Act as a subject matter expert for marketing, answering technical questions and creating demo assets (screenshots, recordings).
• Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, product marketing, and occasionally product teams.

Who You Are:

✅ Technical:

• 2+ years as a SysAdmin, MSP Technician, or IT Manager (Windows Server, Group Policy, Active Directory).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Azure/Entra ID, SEO basics, or scripting (PowerShell).

✅ Skilled Communicator:

• 2+ years in technical writing, documentation, or SEO content.
• Ability to explain complex IT topics in simple, engaging ways.
• Fluent English (C2/native level).
