Our Proposal:

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Analyst to work closely with global teams and help drive rapid business growth. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Operations, you will lead the creation of user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights and support business expansion. Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Create and publish customized, interactive Tableau reports and dashboards.
  
• Produce enablement materials and documentation for Tableau visualizations.
• Write and optimize calculated fields, parameters, scripts, and queries.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and incorporate feedback on reporting.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a sales analyst with strong expertise in Tableau.
• Advanced English level is mandatory. 
• Strong and advanced experience in Tableau, with the ability to apply best practices and advanced features to maximize the effectiveness of visual analytics.
• Skilled at managing complex datasets and visualizing key metrics for stakeholders.
• Able to independently manage Tableau projects and deliver results.
• Salesforce experience
• Experience with Databricks (nice to have)
• Available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time Zone
