Position Overview:

We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our construction industry clients while assisting with marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest to grow with a dynamic technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to construction professionals using the platform.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through software features.
- Document customer feedback and collaborate with the development team on product improvements.
- Assist with marketing tasks, including content creation, social media management, and campaign support.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, professional service.
- Create help documentation and user guides as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service or technical support.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• -University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
• - Basic marketing knowledge (social media, content creation)
• - CRM experience (Hubspot, Zoho, etc)
