🚀What You’ll Do

- Define and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories.

- Gather and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to drive initiatives from concept to release.

- Ensure alignment with stakeholders through transparent communication and regular updates.

- Leverage data and user insights to optimize workflows and guide product decisions.

- Support agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning and feature validation.

🤩Who You Are

- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in fintech, tech, banking, or SaaS.

- Proven ability to gather requirements and align business and technical stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of API integrations and backend-focused product development.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery desirable).
- Skilled in diagramming tools (e.g., Draw.io), analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude), and mockup/design tools.

- Strong communicator with experience aligning cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, confident using data and KPIs for decision-making.

- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
