You’ll define content pillars, build the calendar, and ensure every post drives cultural impact and consumer engagement, working side-by-side with motion designers, graphic artists, video editors, and social managers.

Your mission is to set the vision, guide the creative process, and turn strategy into measurable growth. Bilingual fluency in English and French is a must as the brand rolls out in Toronto and Montreal.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Lead the content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create and manage a calendar that balances product messaging, culture, and community.
• Guide the studio team to turn strategy into impactful content.
• Set and maintain the brand voice and creative direction in English and French.
• Track results, analyze data, and optimize for growth.

• 5+ years in social media and content strategy, ideally for CPG or consumer brands.
• Proven success launching and growing CPG brands on social platforms.
• Fluent in English and French, with experience running bilingual campaigns.
• Expert in platform-native storytelling on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Creative and data-driven—you know what works and can prove it.
• Skilled at leading and guiding creative teams.
• Strong communicator with excellent client-facing presentation skills.
