Your Mission

Create short-form videos in English for LinkedIn that increase views and engagement, aligned with the content strategy.

What you’ll do

Co-create topics, hooks, and scripts with our Marketing Strategist.

Produce/edit native LinkedIn videos (square/vertical): cuts, pacing, subtitles, on-screen titles, and thumbnails/covers.
Deliver files ready to schedule in Metricool/Buffer (editable + export; standard naming).

Provide a monthly metrics report (views & engagement) with key learnings.

Requirements

2+ years editing video (Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut) and photo editing (Lightroom/Photoshop or similar).

Advanced English (for on-screen text and captions).

Strong organization, aesthetic judgment, and on-time delivery.

Based in Barcelona or nearby for occasional in-person sessions.

Nice to have

Canva/Figma (thumbnails and carousels) + experience with Metricool or Buffer.
