Our Proposal

Currently, our clients are hiring for one of their global enterprise SaaS accounts, a platform used by many Fortune 500 companies to manage financial, audit, risk, and compliance data. It’s heavy on automation, connected data, and business-critical transparency.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with Java expertise, who will work on maintaining and evolving a technically sophisticated platform built on microservices architecture with a graph database at its core, deployed on Kubernetes/AWS. 

If you enjoy understanding complex systems, untangling dependencies, and making meaningful improvements to battle-tested production code, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience of the platform, ensuring reliability and performance meet user expectations.
• Make technical decisions and trade-offs to reduce operational overhead and improve system stability.
• Implement observability solutions to increase visibility into system behavior and user experience.
• Maintain and enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in a modern web stack based on Java.
• 7+ years of professional experience working with Java.
• Hands-on experience building web applications with TypeScript / React.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to propose new ideas, contribute to creative problem-solving, and drive innovative features.
• Proven ability to balance technical expertise with interpersonal skills — success in this role requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or Python.
• Knowledge of Dart.
• Experience working with modern relational databases.
• Familiarity with running services in Kubernetes.
