Our Proposal

We're looking for a Backend Developer to join us at the cutting edge of LLMs and software security 🔐🤖. You’ll play a key role in co-leading implementation efforts, shaping both our product and technical foundation 💥. As a core team member, you’ll have the freedom to influence our product direction, team culture, and engineering standards 🌱✨. We're seeking someone who’s not afraid to challenge assumptions 💡, make smart trade-offs ⚖️, and navigate ambiguity 🔄. Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the codebase, from development to deployment, observability, and security.

• Build systems that interpret task descriptions and design docs (Jira, Confluence, Docs).

• Use LLMs to detect insecure code patterns and deviations from best practices.

• Create and maintain APIs powering the UI and internal services.

• Build secure connections with Atlassian, Google Workspace, GitHub, and support enterprise auth.

• Design and manage databases to keep our product fast and reliable.

• Ensure low-latency, high-availability systems for enterprise-level users.

• Use IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile workflows (Kanban).
  
  

Requirements

• 💼 8+ years of software development experience

• 🐍 Proficiency in Python

• 🗄️ Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL

• 🔁 Experience working with automated CI/CD pipelines and tooling

• 🗣️Intermediate - Upper intermediate level of English 

Nice to have

• Experience with FastAPI, Asyncio, or AnyIO

• 🌍 Terraform experience

• ☁️ Familiarity with AWS Serverless solutions (ECS, Lambda)
