Application Support Specialist | On-site | Montevideo

We’re partnering with a corporate, technology-driven organization that is continuously improving its internal applications, workflows, and digital processes.

They are looking for an Application Support Specialist with a strong functional and operational mindset — someone who enjoys working close to users, optimizing processes, and ensuring applications run smoothly.

This is not a traditional software development role, but rather a position focused on applications, processes, and continuous improvement.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Provide functional and operational support for internal applications (web apps, workflows, Power BI).

  • Configure and maintain in-house applications (.NET / IIS / WordPress).

  • Work closely with internal users to understand processes and propose improvements.

  • Participate in digitalization and process automation initiatives.

  • Support the adoption of AI-based tools (Copilot, assistants, automations).

  • Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors.

  • Create documentation, user guides, and provide user training.

  • Perform functional testing before production releases.

  • Build reports and dashboards in Power BI.

🚀 What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced English level (B2+ / C1) — required.

  • 4+ years of experience in application support, functional analysis, or similar roles.

  • Experience working in structured, corporate environments.

  • Strong analytical skills and a user-oriented mindset.

  • General understanding of how web applications work (no heavy coding required).

🚀 Nice to Have

  • Microsoft ecosystem experience (Power BI, Teams, Office).

  • Knowledge of .NET, IIS, WordPress.

  • Workflow / process orchestration tools (e.g., Moxo).

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Basic SQL and HTML knowledge.

  • Interest in AI applied to business processes.
