About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually polished digital experiences across web and mobile products. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape both strategic direction and detailed design execution that elevates user value.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about user-centered design, and has a strong track record of taking SaaS and enterprise platforms from concept to delivery.
 

What you´ll do

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design across digital products — from research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

• Translate user insights into compelling solutions and visually engaging interfaces.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align on goals, priorities, and design decisions.

• Build and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and reusable components.

• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on data and user behavior.

• Present and defend design concepts with clarity and influence across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong focus on usability

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual excellence

• Expert with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Maze, Adobe, InVision)

• Deep understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards

• Experience working with engineering teams, product and business stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience designing complex SaaS platforms at an enterprise scale

• Analytics and A/B testing knowledge

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry or fintech

• Experience owning and scaling a design system

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions

• Front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) at intermediate or advanced level
