About the role

We’re looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead to guide our development teams in effectively integrating AI into our software lifecycle. You will define best practices, toolchains, and secure deployment strategies while ensuring alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and AI governance.

The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, is passionate about AI adoption, has a strong background working closely with developers and engineering leaders, and has proven experience in team leadership.

What you´ll do

  • Lead strategy and technical implementation for AI adoption across products and platforms.

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure successful integration of AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, RAG, embeddings).

  • Define AI development standards, best practices, and tool recommendations.

  • Architect scalable, secure AI solutions that align with business needs and governance requirements.

  • Design and enforce secure AI workflows, including data privacy, model governance, and risk mitigation.

  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.

  • Mentor and guide technical teams; provide technical leadership and coaching.

  • Evangelize AI capabilities internally; educate non-technical stakeholders on AI value and limitations.

  • Establish documentation, training materials, and internal frameworks to support AI adoption.

  • Monitor emerging AI tools, trends, and frameworks and recommend strategic adoption.

Requierements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, IT strategy, or technical leadership.

  • 3+ years applying AI in production environments, including practical implementation with LLMs, generative AI, or similar technologies.

  • Proven experience designing secure, scalable systems with AI capabilities.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross functional teams.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML stacks..

  • Experience with low code/no code AI tools or integration platforms.
