Our Proposal:

We are looking for a SEO Manager to join a growing global SEO team and drive organic growth across Latin American markets, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. In this role, you will execute SEO strategies across Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets, ensuring content and site structure resonate with local audiences while supporting global growth goals. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Execute and optimize SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies across LATAM markets.

• Perform localized CRO analysis and partner with CRO and web development teams to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.

• Develop and optimize Portuguese and Spanish content aligned with search intent.

• Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, site performance, structured data).

• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms.
  
  

Must-have Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and Spanish.

• Advanced English level for daily communication.

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics and testing methodologies.

• Strong understanding of localization and international SEO strategies, especially for Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking markets.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
