We’re currently partnering with a global company in the automotive sector focused on vehicle sourcing, distribution, and fleet management. Their operations combine logistics, pricing, and technology, leveraging digital platforms and data to support a complex and fast-moving B2B environment.

We are looking for a technically fluent Product Owner who excels at bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams.

You will translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and drive execution across modern digital platforms. This role demands equal strength in stakeholder communication and technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams

• Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business value and technical feasibility

• Write detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and technical solutions, ensuring alignment across systems

• Analyze product performance and data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

• Work with QA and development teams to define test scenarios, validate features, and ensure high-quality releases

• Communicate product updates, priorities, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Drive alignment across teams, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar roles within IT/SaaS environments

• Advanced english level

• Proven Agile/Scrum experience with a track record of delivering in iterative environments

• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, and overall software development processes

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (ability to understand and analyze data, not heavy coding)

• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and justify product decisions

• Exposure to web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) or programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a developer or strong technical background

• Experience working with data, analytics, or dashboards

• Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
