About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on UI development. This role requires someone who can operate across the stack while delivering exceptional, high-quality user interfaces.

You will take ownership of features end to end, from backend architecture to pixel perfect frontend, with a particular emphasis on building fast, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.

What you´ll do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications with a strong UI focus

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant frontend interfaces

• Build and scale backend APIs and services

• Translate product and design requirements into seamless user experiences

• Own features end-to-end — from data modeling to frontend delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams

• Optimize performance across frontend (UX, rendering) and backend systems

• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability practices

Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For

-Strong communication skills in English is a MUST

Frontend (Primary Focus):

• Expert-level React with TypeScript

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design implementation

• Experience with performance optimization (rendering, lazy loading, code splitting)

• Ability to build clean, scalable, and maintainable UI components

Backend:

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Deep understanding of APIs, async patterns, and system performance

Full Stack Ownership:

• Ability to independently design, build, and ship complete features

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.)

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments

• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) in production

• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines

Data & Storage

• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)

• Familiarity with caching systems like Redis

Engineering Best Practices

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong understanding of security principles (OWASP, SOC2/ISO basics)

• Focus on code quality: testing, linting, documentation

• Ability to contribute to architecture decisions

Performance & Reliability

• Strong focus on frontend performance and user experience

• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and rendering behavior

• Backend performance tuning and scalability

• Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)

AI & Modern Development

• Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude, etc.)

• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code

Experience rapidly prototyping full stack solutions using AI

Nice to have

• Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams

• Ability to mentor other engineers
