We’re partnering with The Winterbotham Trust Company, a well-established global provider of corporate and fiduciary services.

They are looking for a Corporate Services Administrator — a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with international clients, and understands the importance of compliance and operational excellence.

This is not a purely administrative role. It’s a position at the intersection of client management, corporate administration, and regulatory compliance.

📈 What You’ll Do

• Manage and administer corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

• Maintain direct communication with international clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

• Handle client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Monitor client portfolios and report on collection status.

• Support KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes in line with local and international regulations.
  

🚀 What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English level (C1) — mandatory.

• 3+ years of experience in corporate services, fiduciary, or legal environments

• Hands-on experience managing international clients and corporate structures.

• Solid exposure to compliance frameworks (KYC / AML).

• Portuguese (intermediate) — a plus.
