About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations CRM Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and systems, and is passionate about building scalable processes that drive growth.
You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows
Ensure data quality, governance, and segmentation strategies
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance
Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes
Manage integrations between CRM and other tools (email, ads, analytics, etc.)
Support campaign execution through list management and automation
Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency
Document processes and maintain CRM best practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM management, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
Familiarity with integrations (APIs, Zapier, or similar tools)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Knowledge of SQL or data tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)
Experience with attribution modeling and funnel analytics
Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps)
