At Prometeo Talent, we are looking for a Ceramic Materials Senior Engineer to join an international project within the mining industry.

We are looking for a highly technical professional with strong expertise in ceramic materials and hands-on experience applying this knowledge to industrial or mining environments.

What will you be doing?

• Providing technical expertise on ceramic materials and their application in mining equipment and components.

• Supporting R&D, production and application of ceramic materials.

• Analyzing technical issues and providing practical solutions and on-site troubleshooting.

• Supporting the technical evaluation and development of suppliers.

• Participating in quality supervision and continuous improvement of ceramic components.

• Collaborating with engineering, production, supplier and field teams.

• Providing technical support related to slurry pumps and mining equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Engineering or related technical degree.

• Solid professional experience working with ceramic materials.

• Knowledge of ceramic production technologies and industrial applications.

• Experience with slurry pumps, mining equipment or mining operations is highly valued.

• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.

• Experience working with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

• English communication skills.

• Availability to travel.
